PixelLab: Text Photo Editor for iOS — Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

This policy applies to the iOS app PixelLab: Text Photo Editor, App Store ID 6757263162, bundle ID com.imaginstudio.imagetools.pixellab, published by WL Online Marketing LLC (“we”, “us”).

In short:

Photos, camera and your projects

PixelLab asks for access to your photo library to open the images you pick, to your camera to take a photo for editing, and for permission to add the images you export to your photo library. Images, text, stickers, fonts and projects are processed on your device and kept in the app’s storage or wherever you choose to save them. PixelLab does not send them to us or to any third party. When you share an image, iOS hands it to the app or service you choose, which handles it under its own terms.

Advertising (version 1.0.125 and later)

For people without the Remove Ads subscription, PixelLab uses the AppLovin MAX SDK to show banner ads in the export, quotes and eraser screens and at most one full-screen ad per app launch. AppLovin MAX picks each ad from AppLovin’s own ad network and exchange and from other ad networks it works with, such as Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. PixelLab also uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to ask for consent where the law requires it, and your choices are passed on to these companies. When ads are on, AppLovin and these ad networks may collect:

They use this data to show ads and measure how they perform, to limit how often you see the same ad, to detect fraud and abuse, and, where you have allowed it, to personalize ads. Each company handles this data under its own policies: the AppLovin Privacy Policy, the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

We don’t receive information from AppLovin or Google that identifies you. We only see aggregated reports, such as how many ads were shown and what they earned.

Tracking permission and consent

Remove Ads subscription

PixelLab offers an optional weekly auto-renewing subscription that removes all ads and unlocks the Pro stickers. Apple processes the purchase; we don’t receive your name, Apple Account or payment details. The app checks your subscription status with Apple through StoreKit on your device. While the subscription is active, PixelLab doesn’t start the AppLovin MAX or Google Mobile Ads SDKs, doesn’t show the tracking or consent prompts for ads, and makes no ad requests. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Apple’s handling of purchases is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.

Versions before 1.0.125

Versions of PixelLab before 1.0.125 contain no advertising or analytics SDKs, and the app itself does not collect or transmit personal data.

Feedback email

If you choose to send feedback or report a bug from the app’s menu, PixelLab opens your mail app with a message to feedback@appholdings.org that includes your device model, iOS version and PixelLab version. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. We use what you send only to answer you and to fix problems.

Links to other services

Some menu items open other services, such as the tutorials on YouTube or the App Store. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Children

PixelLab is a general-audience app. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Retention and security

Data stored on your device stays there until you delete it or uninstall the app. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you. AppLovin, Google and the other ad networks keep advertising data according to their own policies.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to its use. Apart from emails you send us, we don’t hold personal data about PixelLab users. For advertising data you can use the tracking setting and the in-app Privacy settings described above, the choices described in the AppLovin Privacy Policy, and Google’s own controls at My Ad Center. You can also contact us at any time.

Changes

If a future version changes these practices, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before that version is released.
