Before And After Slider Privacy Policy

This policy explains how App Holdings processes information when a Wix site owner installs or uses Before And After Slider.

Information we process

• Wix app and site data: Wix app-instance and component identifiers, owner/editor permissions, plan status, and the slider settings needed to provide the app.
• Slider content: selected Wix Media identifiers, image dimensions and alternative text. Current images remain hosted by Wix; older installations may also reference app-managed copies in Microsoft Azure Storage.
• Technical data: request time, IP address, browser or device information, referring page, response status, and diagnostic identifiers used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
• Support data: the email address, message, and related app details you submit through the support form.

How we use information

We use this information to render and publish sliders, recognize plan access, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, secure the service, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use slider data for advertising.

Service providers

Wix supplies the site, media, app-instance, and billing platform. We use hosting and infrastructure providers, Microsoft Azure Storage for legacy media compatibility, and SendGrid for support-message delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Payments

Wix processes app subscriptions and payments. App Holdings does not receive full payment-card details.

Retention

We keep slider configuration while needed to operate the installed app and retain backups, security logs, and support records only as reasonably needed for recovery, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, legal obligations, and support history. A site owner may request deletion of app-managed data, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.

Security and international processing

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect app data. Information may be processed in countries where App Holdings or its service providers operate.

Your choices and requests

You can change or remove slider content in Wix and uninstall the app through Wix. For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, contact feedback@appholdings.org or use App Holdings Support. We may need to verify the relevant Wix site or app instance.

Children

The app is a website-design tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
